First, you need to complete your Right to Study check. You will have been sent a link to complete this via email, in the same email that contained information on your Travel Plan. You can search “Right to Study” in your emails to locate this.
If you cannot find your Right to Study email, please contact our International Pre Enrolment team via IntlPreEnrolment@mmu.ac.uk with your full name and MMU ID number to request a new link be sent to you.

Once you have completed your Right to Study check, you will receive one email to confirm this has been received, then up to 4 working days later, you will receive an email to confirm your Right to Study check has been completed by our International Pre Enrolment team. Please note you will be unable to enrol until your Right to Study check is complete and you have received this email.

In the meantime, you can complete your photo and ID upload here. You will need to upload:

  • a clear passport-style photo of yourself
  • a photo of your passport, driving licence or similar government-issued photo identity document

This is a required part of your enrolment.
Log in using the eight-digit student ID number found on your confirmation letter.
For your initial password, use your date of birth in the case-sensitive format ddMmmyy (for example 01Jan02).

After you have received confirmation that your Right to Study check is complete, you can enrol online using your student ID and password to log in.
It may take three or four working days after submitting your right to study information to become eligible to enrol.

You will receive an email to confirm that your enrolment is complete up to 24 hours after you finish the online enrolment process. One working day after your receive this email, you can collect your student ID card from the Student Hub in the Brooks Building or the Business School. Please note you will not be able to collect your ID card until you have completed your Right to Study check, your photo and ID upload, and your online enrolment. If you need help with any of these steps, please speak to a Student Hub adviser.
