If you feel there has been an error by the University, or some other issue with the conduct of your assessment that has affected your result. (You cannot submit an appeal just because you are not happy with your results or think you deserved a higher mark). Please see the allowable grounds for appeal.
In certain circumstances, some students will be able to resit 30 credits at the start of the new academic year. This is only available to students who meet this criteria:
•Level 3, 4 and 5 students on most courses, some courses with early start dates are not eligible
•You must have had summer resits AND either a deferral or an academic appeal accepted in relation to your summer resit
•You must have applied for the evidenced extension or appeal by 26 September
•You must be able to pass the year by resitting no more than 30 credits
