An easy way to get some help with managing anxiety, stress, sleep and other problems - and to learn useful skills such as mindfulness - is to attend one of our courses or workshops, delivered by our friendly Counselling, Mental Health and Wellbeing team.
The workshops and courses are designed to be educational, and you won't be expected to talk about your personal experiences or feelings if you don't want to. Students have told us that they have found the sessions really helpful once they took the step to come along.
